Town of Noxapater is requesting sealed bids for construction of the Elevated Tank Repainting project. All bids shall be marked Bids for Town of Noxapater – Elevated Tank Repainting on the outside of the envelope. All bids shall be submitted to the Town of Noxapater until 1:00 P.M. local time, July 17, 2024, at P.O. Box 266, 328 West Main Street, Noxapater, MS 39346.

Bids will be opened at Town of Noxapater. Any bid received after 1:00 P.M will not be opened. Town of Noxapater reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project generally consists of the construction of Elevated Tank Repainting. The plans and specifications for the project are on file for public inspection in the offices of the Town of Noxapater and the offices of Neel-Schaffer, Inc., 7085 Hwy 45 Alternate North, West Point, MS 39773.

Bid documents are being made available electronically and via original paper copy (if requested). Plan holders are required to register for an account at www.neel-schafferplans.com to view and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Electronic bids shall be submitted through www.neel-schafferplans.com. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. The Owner hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively insure that disadvantaged and woman-owned business enterprises will be afforded the full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation. Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in whole or in part by anticipated funds from the ARPA Mississippi Municipality & County Water Infrastructure Grant Program (MCWI). This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as they apply to local governments, in accordance with MCWI Program Regulations.
