NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, Mississippi, will be accepting sealed proposals until 10:00 am, on October 22, 2024, for Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Service.

All bid proposals will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. local time on October 22, 2024 in sealed envelopes at the Office of the Purchasing Clerk, Post Office Box 1310, 641 Main Street, Hattiesburg, MS 39403-1310, (601-545-6078), Or by electronic bid submission. Electronic

submissions should be directed to  Plan House Bidding 662-407- 0193.

Proposals must be clearly marked in the lower left corner as shown below:

Proposal: Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Service October 22, 2024

The lowest and best proposal received will be accepted, subject to the provisions of Section 31-7-13, of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated and Amended, and other applicable State Law, and further the Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and to waive informalities.
