23105 (RFQ) Blue Mountain University Natural Sciences / Nursing Building #17068

This is a Request for Contractor's Qualifications:

Interested parties shall have experience construction of a 2 story, 23,000 s.f. Natural Science and Nursing building and related site work. This project is Type IIB, sprinklered construction, B-occupancy. The building is steel frame w/ composite concrete floor system, steel stud, w/ masonry veneer. There will be science labs, nursing labs & training areas with full utilities. Site work will consist of excavation, retaining wall systems, Greenhouse design and construction, parking area, associated plazas and walks. Includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment, transportation, insurance, taxes, superintendence, coordination and misc. services required for the construction and completion of the work. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Contract and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
